ToolbarMenuItem should not focus menu trigger after select. #2249

Steps
- have a Toolbar with a ToolbarMenu
- set focus to custom element in ToolbarMenuItem's onClick handler
Expected Result
The custom element is focused after the ToolbarMenuItem is clicked
Actual Result
ToolbarMenuItem's trigger is focused 💣
