[AMDGPU] Remove some invalid tests (#98796)

`-early-live-intervals` only affects default pipeline. If
`LiveIntervalsAnalysis` happens before `TwoAddressInstructionPass`,
`llc` will crash, by adding `-run-pass liveintervals`.
