builtin: implement dir

right now, `gpython` fails with:

```python
>>> import math
>>> dir(math)
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<stdin>", line 1, in <module>
    FIXME line of source goes here
NameError: NameError: "name 'dir' is not defined"
```
